St Cuthbert’s is a landmark in the new town of Peterlee. St Mary’s at Seaham was originally an Anglo-Saxon church. The new and the old.St Cuthbert’s is a church at the heart of Peterlee. Various organisations hold services here and use it for events. Our boiler is on it's last legs and we need to buy a new one to satisfy modern ecological standards.Some us from St Cuthbert’s are doing a sponsored walk from St Cuthbert’s along the coast to the historic St Mary’s at Seaham. It is about 12 miles.The walk is on Febraury 24th 2025.
