The Ascension

Throughout the years people walk through our church doors. Sometimes they wander in for peace and quiet prayer. Sometimes they come wanting to find help or advice. Sometimes they come to celebrate the birth of a child and ask for God’s blessing. Sometimes they come to grieve the death of a loved one. Sometimes they come to witness the love of two people being joined together in marriage. Sometimes they come to worship God. Sometimes they come to meet their friends. Sometimes they come because of the cake! Many people walk through our doors and we delight in our doors being open to all.

We welcome everyone and think of our church as not just being about the building, yet being about family, having a purpose which is fuelled by faith, hope and love, and inspired by Jesus Christ, who is our rock, our friend, our strength and redeemer.
