A few Christmas dates for your diaries!

The shops are filling up with cards, decorations and gifts so Christmas must be coming soon! So here are a few dates for your diary.

Saturday 30th November at 10am – Decorating St James’ – please come along and help us dress the church for Christmas – always a joyful morning with perhaps a promise of a mince pie or two!

Wednesday 4th December at 7pm - Carols by Candlelight with Melbourne Town Band – a traditional service of carols and readings followed by mulled wine and mince pies. Get Christmas going with a bang!

Sunday 9th December at 10.30am – Advent Holy Communion led by Paul

Christmas Day – 10.30am – Our Christmas Day service will be taken by Rev Glenn Martin (Retired Priest-in-Charge previously of St Andrew with St Osmond, Derby)
