The Church Electoral Roll is Alvaston Parish Church's register of voting members, qualifying them to attend and vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) and take part in the business of the Church.  It reflects the actual membership and strength of the Church in our parish.

You are entitled to have your name entered on the church electoral roll if you are baptised, aged 16 or over and meet the other applicable requirements.

This year, like all CofE churches, we have to create an entirely new Church Electoral Roll and everyone on the current Roll who wishes to join the new Roll must make a new individual application to enrol, as must any new people wishing to be included (see  the formal notice in the church by the main door).

To apply - either pick up a blank form or download the form using the link below, and return your completed application form either to church, or to the Vicarage, 8 Church Street, Alvaston DE24 0PR.
