Getting here
Mackworth All Saints, dating from the 12th century, is picturesquely situated, bounded on all four sides by pastureland and lies to the north of the A52 road at the bottom of Church Lane. The beauty of its setting makes it popular for weddings. The present building was largely built in the 14th and 15th centuries, with additions in the 19th century. Derbyshire alabaster features prominently in the interior decoration.
The reredos of alabaster and semi-precious stone is mentioned in many church guide books.
Sunday services start at 11:15am. Holy Communion services are normally on the first and third Sunday of the month, with Morning Worship on the second and fourth Sundays.
The facilities in Church include a children's play area at the rear of the Church, disabled toilet facilities and a car park to the front. Tea and coffee are served after the services.
