Open House every Wednesday morning offers a warm welcome to everyone.

Starting at 11am with free hot drinks/juice and biscuits, come along for some company, offer a solution to a crossword, bring your knitting or another craft.

Or, at a distance from the above, ‘work from home’, charge your phone, and access the WiFi.

On Saturday 20th September 2025, 10am-12pm, we're holding a Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. Serving tea/coffee and cakes, with cake stall too. We look forward to seeing you.

To mark the start of Rev'd David Ridley's ministry in Glossopdale, we are holding a 'bring and share' lunch after the morning service on 28th September 2025. We hope as many of you as possible will stay and welcome David in a more relaxed atmosphere.

For the benefit of anyone not familiar with a 'bring and share' lunch, those staying bring some food to put on the luncheon table which we share after the service (but don’t worry if you forget stay anyway). It is an opportunity to sit, relax and get to know or catch up with others in the congregation.

The first Saturday of every month, the church is open 10am-11.30am for prayer.

10am-10.45am is space for private prayer, followed by refreshments at 10.45am, then time to pray together for any shared concerns.

Our Harvest celebration is on Sunday 5th October 2025 at 10am.

Come and enjoy the Music of Stage and Screen with Arnfield Brass Band on Saturday 11th October 2025, at 7.30pm. Admission £6 (payable on the door) in aid of Church and Band funds.

On the third Saturday of each month, there will be a church work party 9.00am-12.00pm. The idea is that we spend time doing jobs in church, which could be cleaning specific areas of church, clearing cupboards, building shelves, tidying up and, when weather permits, outside gardening tasks. It is hoped that as time goes on we can start to build a programme of maintenance.
We hope that you will come as and when you are able, even if you can only stay for an hour or two.
