All Saints Church, Ashover
Ashover is credited in the Domesday survey of 1086, with possession of a church, a priest and a mill. The current church is 14th century but with a 21st century attitude. We welcome all and would love you to visit our website and come along to a service in our church.
We have a Pre-school group, Acorns, and a Sunday group for youngsters, Allsorts, plus special craft and activity days. The Home Fellowship group is based around Bible study but meets outdoors for walks over the Summer. Along with Coffee Shop. Knit & Natter, Filmtime, Bell Ringing and Pantomime there is plenty to keep us busy within our local community.
The parish of Ashover: All Saints is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Derby’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

Christ Church has a Meeting Room constructed alongside the church which is well used by local groups such as the Mums and Toddlers and the local Parish Council. Church members are especially pleased to have good links with the local primary school children, parents and teachers.
