* ‘St Barnabas@4’ – a new family-friendly afternoon service for Danesmoor from 4pm-5pm each week, with a focus on being accessible to all ages, with a shared meal afterwards. This Sunday 2nd March, arrive by 3.45pm for cake/biscuits with a drink. Activities begin at 4pm when we'll be thinking about 'Who is Jesus'. All this is followed by tea at 5pm,. This week is jacket potatoes. Cost:Free.
Worship Work-Out! Every Monday from 6.15pm-7.15pm. Circuit style, strength and mobility class alongside worship music. All fitness levels welcome (16yrs+). Please bring a drink and a mat if you have one. Classes FREE, but donations welcome. Come along and rediscover those forgotten muscles!
We provide 3 days worth of emergency food for local people in crisis. We also work with other organisations locally to provide ongoing support and extra services to help reduce the need for Foodbanks.
To access this you will need a Foodbank Voucher. Details of how to access one from a referral agency can be found on the Website or by emailing [email protected]
You can also access Foodbank on a Friday 1-2pm at the Community of Christ, Thanet Street.
A fun and friendly singing group remembering tunes from past decades. Every 3rd Tuesday from 2pm-3.30pm. £2 a session including refreshments (suggested donation) Carers free. Free car parking onsite and good accessibility.

All are welcome to this time to meet with others over a cup of tea or coffee and cakes. It is particularly a time for those who are lonely for whatever reason or bereaved to meet with others in similar circumstances.
