Welcome to the home page of St John the Baptist Church, “The Cathedral of the Peak” in the Derbyshire Parish of Tideswell.

St John's Tideswell is open for private prayer from 10am - 4pm daily unless there is a funeral or wedding. All are welcome in this ancient space where people have prayed for centuries, take a slow walk round the church or simply sit for a while.
