Our church was mistakenly bombed by enemy action in 1941 the only church in Derbyshire to be hit by a German bomb It was rebuilt and reopened in 1952 and still contains the Saxon font.
We join Christians across the world as we give thanks for the life of Queen Elizabeth, a good and faithful servant and we pray for the Royal family in their grief.
