Welcome to the pages for the church of St John the Baptist, Staveley, one of the churches of the Staveley Team Ministry.  We fall within the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Derby for administrative purposes, but as a parish of the Society we receive our sacramental care from the Bishop of Oswestry , confessing in union with other such parishes the ancient faith of the Church, and maintaining the traditional Catholic practices of the Church of England.
