Longshaw Sheepdog Trials 29-31 August

We were delighted to welcome friends from the Longshaw Sheepdog Association to our service yesterday, and it was good to have them join us for coffee afterwards.  We gave thanks for sheep, shepherds and their dogs, as well as the countryside in general.  As usual, Sally the sheepdog was extremely well behaved and stole the show as she was blessed!  We pray that the sheepdog trials will go well and that the weather will be kind to all.
