The Parochial Church Council (PCC) is the executive committee of the Collegiate Church of St Mary, Warwick. 

Legally the PCC is responsible for the financial affairs of the church parish and maintaining the fabric of the historic St Mary's Church, a Grade I listed building. The PCC assists clergy and staff in managing church affairs in the parish, and promoting the pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical mission of the church. The PCC includes clergy, churchwardens and representatives of the congregation. It is a corporate charitable body with charity number 1128087. The PCC members are trustees of the charity. Further details can be found on the Charity Commission webpage for the PCC.
