Church Electoral Roll Applications

Every 6 years each Church has to prepare a completely new Electoral Roll - this is the nearest thing we have to a list of members. 

2025 is one of those years, so please complete a form, even if you have done so before. 

The attached form can be downloaded on to your own computer and completed. Please then return it by email to [email protected] for forwarding to the relevant Church Electoral Roll Officer, or leave it in the Electoral Roll form box in your Church.
