Holy Trinity Norton Lindsey

You will find a very warm welcome at Holy Trinity.  The church hosts a mixture of Holy Communion and Family Services and can be full to overflowing for the big annual festivals and the celebration of baptisms, funerals and weddings. The grade 2* listed building, has a Saxon font which is all that remains of the original building. The chancel and nave date from 1208 and the Victorians added a north aisle and vestry in 1874 and 1880. The windows are filled with high quality, late Victorian stained glass of which the large East window depicting the Transfiguration is outstanding. The clock chimes can be heard through much of the village, as can the bells signalling that services are soon to start
