About Us
St Peter's is a medieval church in the centre of the pretty village of Dunchurch. It is the parish church and as well as holding weekly services on a Sunday it is the venue for village ecumenical services such as Remembrance Day, Good Friday and lighting the village Christmas tree.
In July 2024, our vicar, Patricia Townshend (who came to us from a ministry in Cape Town, South Africa) retired and moved to be nearer to her daughter and grandchildren.
Following her retirement, and during the period of Vacancy, please direct any inquiries for thanksgiving, baptism, marriage and funerals to the churchwardens via [email protected].
