We thoroughly enjoyed our Carol Service singing carols, listening to readings and festive music from the Bulkington Silver Band. The church looked beautiful with sparkling Christmas trees and flickering candles. It was wonderful to welcome about 250 people and to see so many new faces through the church door. The event was fun, joyous and celebrated the full meaning of Christmas.
Thank you to everyone who helped make Astley Church look so special for us all to enjoy and we all loved the worshipful celebration of Christmas in this amazing medieval church.
