Every year, Ash Wednesday calls us back to the paths from which we have strayed and refocuses us on the way. The voice of Lent each Sunday resounds down the ages to us, ancient tried and true. ‘If you want t o be my disciple, follow Me’. The voice of Lent is the cry to become new again.
We are not alone. We walk with the Church throughout the world on this journey of renewal. We walk too with the One who has gone before us to bring us home. We need to get back in touch with our souls..
‘Remember that you are but dust and to dust you shall return.’
Turn away from sin and believe the Good News.
