Venue Address
Ashow Kenilworth, CV8 2LE, United Kingdom
Join us at Ashow (June, August) and Stoneleigh (July, September) churches for some very special and relaxed services of music, scripture reading and prayers for healing and wholeness.

The ministry of Healing and Wholeness is an integral part of our Christian witness. We each stand in need of healing, but in this ministry we recognise also the social dimension. The healing of divided communities and nations, and the healing of the earth itself, have their place alongside the healing of broken bodies, hurt minds and wounded hearts, and of the hurts and divisions within ourselves.

In our service we shall name particular people, places and situations for which prayers have been specifically asked. Please feel free to send us your prayer requests in advance. Our prayers are complementary to the work of medicine and other forms of healing, which are also channels of God’s loving and transforming purpose.

There will also be an opportunity for those who wish to come forward to receive the ministry of Healing and Wholeness. This ministry is one of the sacramental signs of the Church since ancient times and may include the laying on of hands, prayer and anointing with holy oil. You may ask for a specific prayer whilst you are being anointed or simply receive a general prayer for healing, wholeness and peace, preferring your intention to remain between you and God.

On alternate First Sundays (odd months) the service will be held at St Mary the Virgin, Stoneleigh
