READINGS FOR TODAY’S MASSES

Joshua 5: 9a,10-12

Part of Psalm 34 R/Taste and see that the Lord is good.

2 Corinthians 5: 17-21

Choir Praise to you, O Christ, King of eternal glory.

All Praise to you, O Christ, King of eternal glory.

I will arise and go to my father, and I will say to him,

‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you’.

All Praise to you, O Christ, King of eternal glory.

Luke 15:1-3,11-32 (pages 223-225 of the Sunday Missal)

ELECTORAL ROLL

The process of renewing the parish electoral roll is now underway as we prepare for our annual meetings on Sunday 18 May. Please see Sheila Polanyk for more information. Forms are available at the back of church, and must be completed and returned by 27 April.

BUILDING WORK

Work to the building is now underway. This is possible because of the generous support of many people in response to our ‘safe and dry’ campaign. Thank you to everyone who supported that. We are also grateful to a number of grant-making bodies for their support, including the National Churches Trust and the Wolfson Foundation.

WEEKLY GIVING ENVELOPES

If you give each week using planned giving envelopes, a new set will be available for you at the back of church.

Giving in a regular way like this helps the parish plan its budget, and we are grateful to all those who give in this way.

If you would like to have a set of envelopes, or to find out more about planned giving, please see Fr Dexter or David Fletcher.
