To mark the season of Lent in the Diocese of Chester, 40 individuals from across the diocese have contributed daily reflections with a focus on the environment and creation. Starting tomorrow with Bishop Keith and finishing on Easter Day with Bishop Mark, each of the 40 contributors from right across the diocese will delve into scripture and share inspiring personal stories about the small ways in which they are moved to cherish the gift of life.As well as the daily reflections, the diocesan Environment Forum has set 7 mini challenges for you to try and take on through out Lent (and beyond). In a video on social media, Archdeacon Ian says: "Our Earth is deeply damaged. For Christians, this should be a cause of deep sadness because our whole existence is grounded in the gift of life. It's right there in the first chapter of Genesis."
