Prayer Changes things!
Our theme is “Shalom” – The Peace of God. Shalom is a Hebrew word for ‘peace’. It is an all-embracing word, not just an absence of conflict, but it signifies all things being ‘as they ought to be’. i.e. Peace with God, peace with each other, peace within ourselves and peace with our world. This is what we will be praying for at the start of 2024
What’s happening?
• There will be spoken prayer times a 9.15am, 12noon & 7pm Mon-Wed.
• All other times the church will be open, with lots of different ways to pray and reflect privately, come and stay for as long as you like
St Mary’s will be open from:
• 7pm – 8.30pm Sunday 14th Jan for a time of Prayer & Worship
• 9am to 1pm and 7pm-8pm from Monday 15th – Wednesday 17th Jan
