Hi

My name is Rev. Karl Williams and I have been Vicar of St. Marks - Dukinfield since June 2019.

Prior to my ordination in 2016 I had worked in Personnel & Training in Catering, Leisure and Restaurant Companies - I worked my way through the industry - starting as an apprentice Chef at Cammell Lairds Shipyard in 1977.

I am married to Tracy, and we have a daughter - Jasmine.

I believe in meeting people 'where they are' in life, and want to make our church an active, living part of our local community.

My hobbies include riding my motorbike - a Triumph Tiger 1050, music, reading and holidaying in our caravan!

Fun, and love are at the heart of the Gospel - I take my faith very seriously, but I try not to take myself too seriously!
