1st December 1857, was the day that Christ Church was consecrated. 1st December 2024 happens to be a Sunday! It is our All Age Service that morning and we are going to weave the 167-year celebration into it. We probably will not have 350 people in church as they did on the day of the consecration, but you are all welcome to come and share this thanksgiving service with us. Christ Church, Eaton, near Congleton

Christ Church is our parish church and is located in the award winning village of Eaton on the A536 between Congleton and Macclesfield. This is a lively and vibrant village with a strong community spirit of which the church is a central part. 

The Rural Daneside Churches are in the process of finding and appointing a new vicar and, in the meantime, the work of the church continues.
