Instead of being held at Eaton Church, today, the service will be held at St Michael's Church, Hulme Walfield because there will be no power in Eaton. This is a service of prayers, thanksgiving and hymn-singing, welcoming all members of the community, whatever their age. It will be led by Lynne Spedding who will be visiting us on this occasion.

Christ Church, Eaton, near Congleton

Christ Church is our parish church and is located in the award winning village of Eaton on the A536 between Congleton and Macclesfield. This is a lively and vibrant village with a strong community spirit of which the church is a central part. 

The Rural Daneside Churches are in the process of finding and appointing a new vicar and, in the meantime, the work of the church continues.
