Christ Church, Eaton, near Congleton

Christ Church is our parish church and is located in the award winning village of Eaton on the A536 between Congleton and Macclesfield. This is a lively and vibrant village with a strong community spirit of which the church is a central part. 

The Rural Daneside Churches are in the process of finding and appointing a new vicar and, in the meantime, the work of the church continues.

Central to worship in our church is the celebration of the Holy Eucharist, also called the Holy Communion, or the Lord's Supper. In this offering of prayer and praise, the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ are remembered and celebrated.

The Rural Daneside Churches have entered a period of interregnum while we seek applications for the post of vicar for the group of parishes.
