A new pattern for 6.30pm Evening Services begins this summer.
1st Sunday of the month is a service of Compline.
2nd Sunday of the month is either Evensong or Compline
3rd Sunday of the month is a service of Compline.
4th Sunday of the month is Sung Evensong.
There is no evening service when there is a 5th Sunday in the month.

... are three oboists, who meet regularly to rehearse in Stoke on Trent. Charmian Baskeyfield, Rachel Durber and Elizabeth Cuttell play oboe and cor anglais.
Hear them at St Mary's on on 11th August at 3pm. Entrance is free, refreshments will be served. Please show your appreciation with a retiring donation to help fund the ongoing repairs to the wall, the vestry and the spire.

Harvest is a time for celebrating abundance, giving thanks for all the good gifts we have received while not forgetting the many people do not have enough. Being a second Sunday, we will have our usual collection for the local Food Bank and hope that it too will celebrate the abundance of our giving.
