We shall be indoors if the evening is wet.

1st and 3rd Sundays of the month are Morning Prayer.
2nd and 4th Sundays of the month are Holy Communion.
If there is a 5th Sunday of the month, it is likely to be Morning Prayer.

A more informal family orientated service.
This is a Common Worship Service and there is usually an activity for children.
Chief barista, Bob serves coffee and biscuits after the service for a social catch-up with friends.

A new pattern for 6.30pm Evening Services begins this summer.
1st Sunday of the month is a service of Compline.
2nd Sunday of the month is either Evensong or Compline
3rd Sunday of the month is a service of Compline.
4th Sunday of the month is Sung Evensong.
There is no evening service when there is a 5th Sunday in the month.

... are three oboists, who meet regularly to rehearse in Stoke on Trent. Charmian Baskeyfield, Rachel Durber and Elizabeth Cuttell play oboe and cor anglais.

St Mary's invites everyone from regular worshippers to the wider community keeping in touch via social media to come and celebrate being part of the St Mary's family. A special welcome awaits anyone coming 'Back to Church' if you have not been for a while.
At the start of a new school year, we welcome all the children back for another year and especially those just starting their schooldays.

Harvest is a time for celebrating abundance, giving thanks for all the good gifts we have received while not forgetting the many people do not have enough. Being a second Sunday, we will have our usual collection for the local Food Bank and hope that it too will celebrate the abundance of our giving.
