As well as the traditional lent group in the evening, we are offering a day time book group. The book selected is Revd Richard Coles ‘Murder before Evensong’. Revd Coles until his retirement in 2022 a parish priest in the village of Finedon, Northamptonshire. Of course the keen eyed will note that Fr Richard was of sometime fame as
one half of the Communards pop band. Over the course of our time together each week we reflect on a section of Revd Coles book over a cup of tea and slice of cake. You do not have to come to church to participate in this group.
If you would like to join us starting weekly on Wednesday 1 st March for a total of six sessions and finishing on April 5 th . We will start at 1045am, straight after our midweek Eucharist service in the Parish Hall. Please either email Fr Mark on [email protected] or use the sign-up sheet at the back of church. All are welcome.
