Each week we have a service at 10.30, they are as follows
1st Sunday of the Month, Sung Eucharist
2nd Sunday of the Month,
Messy Church/with brick church at the Delamere Community Centre
3rd Sunday of the Month,
Healing Eucharist or Celtic Communion
4th Sunday of the Month, Family Eucharist
5th Sunday as advertised

A traditional service of 9 lessons and carols

A Christingle service celebrates the birth of Christ and Jesus as the Light of the World. The Christingle consists of an orange, a red ribbon, a lit candle, and dried fruit or sweets. Each element of a Christingle has a special meaning:
The orange: Represents the world
The red ribbon: Symbolizes the love and blood of Christ
The sweets and dried fruit: Represent all of God's creations
The candle: Represents Jesus as the light of the world, bringing hope to those in darkness
The four sticks: Can represent the four seasons or the four corners of the world
The tradition of Christingles began in 1747 when Bishop Johannes de Watteville gave children a candle wrapped in red ribbon during an Advent service in his Moravian Church congregation in Germany. He wanted to give them a simple sign to remind them of the happiness that can come from Jesus.
Christingles services are usually used during church services and school assemblies during Advent, between late November and early February and the proceeds are donated to the Children's Society

Messy Church is a church service for people of all ages that's centered around creativity, hospitality, celebration, and being Christ-centered:
Activities: Messy Church activities can include:
Art
Games
Drama
Worship
Sharing food
Atmosphere: Messy Church activities can involve getting messy with paint and glue, making noise, and showing vulnerable sides.
Location: Messy Church services can be held in churches, school halls, or village halls.
Time: Messy Church services happens at Delamere Community Centre every 2nd Sunday at 10.30
