Spend a few hours in guided “mindful being” in the centre of Chester, with a Bible passage as your anchor. Practise mindfulness in the busyness. Attend to God’s still, small voice in the hubbub. Your Reader Anne will meet you and introduce your retreat, after which you will spend about 2 hours in silent, “mindful being” in the city, before re-grouping for 30-40 minutes’ opportunity to share and reflect on your retreat experience.
