St Bede's Community Centre was refurbished in 2007, bringing our facilities up to date and improving our kitchen in particular.  The Centre is available for Group Bookings on Weekdays, although please note we usually have meetings and groups already taking place in the evenings.  We are happy to take bookings for young childrens' parties (generally for Infants and Junior School children).  These usually take place on Saturdays.  We are not able to cater for late night parties or parties for older children and young people, and are not able to welcome pets other than assistance animals, sorry.

St Bede's is licensed for Weddings.  Do get in touch if you are interested in finding out more.

We can also take Baptism or Christening Services and Funerals, although these Services usually take place at our Parish Church of St James.  We do not have any on-site parking, sorry.  Street Parking is available in Claughton village.  Please note there are some daytime parking restrictions.  Scotts Place is not suitable for public parking, being a narrow residential street.

St Bede's is an accessible building with rooms on one level and disabled toilet facilities.
