Come along to Waberthwaite Village Hall on Saturday November 9th to learn about how to care for and restore an old building, whether it be a house, a church or a barn! 

Dr Ian Panter is an expert who has worked on prestigious projects such as the Mary Rose recovery and restoration. He'll be in Waberthwaite to talk share his expertise, to talk about work the Trust are doing on our ancient cross piece and to answer any questions you might have, 

The event starts at 2.00 and after his talk and questions and refreshments, there will be local people happy to talk to you about what they have found out in the last 12 months about village and church history. This will include information on the Heritage Project. Tickets for Dr Panter's talk are £5 available on the door or locally.
