Our church warden Di Postlethwaite will lead the commemoration and wreath laying at the Eskdale War Memorial on Remembrance Sunday. All are very welcome to join us for this short act of remembrance. Please gather at 10.45 in good time for 11am.
The war memorial is located beside the valley road at the turn off to Dalegarth Hall, not far from the Sims garage. Parking is on the roadside or at the Ratty carpark at Dalegarth station.
Please note that there will not be a service at St Catherine's this Sunday.

Revs Wendy and Robert Bracegirdle will take the service today. Rev Robert plays the organ and leads the singing of hymns. All are very welcome to join us at St Catherine's on this second Sunday before Advent.

St Michael's Church in Bootle at 10.30am for an Advent Carol Service.
