As 30th March is the 5th Sunday in the month, there will be no services in Eskdale.

The nearest service on Mothering Sunday will be at St Paul's in Irton (CA19 1YH) at 11am.

Our own Rev Dave Pilkington will take the service on the 5th Sunday in Lent. Do join us as we continue our journey of exploration this year. All are very welcome at the delightful church near the River Esk in Boot.

Due to the effects of water over the winter causing large holes, the car park near the church is unsuitable for normal cars. The walk to church along the lonning or Parson's Passage is lovely.

Our church wardens, Di Postlethwaite and Tony Fox, will lead this service on Palm Sunday. All are very welcome to join us at the delightful church near the River Esk in Boot.

Please note that water has caused deep holes in the carpark surface over the winter and the carpark is not suitable for normal cars. The walk to church along the lonning or Parson's Passage is lovely.

There will be a service at St Catherine's on Easter Day, as usual. The details are still being sorted out.

Rev Rachel Cunliffe will take the service today, the third Sunday of Easter. All are very welcome to join us at St Catherine's Church on the banks of the River Esk near Boot.

Please note that the car park the surface of the car park by the church has large holes, due to water action over the winter, and is not suitable for normal cars. The walk to the church along the lonning or Parson's Passage is lovely and you may see Herdwick lambs in the adjacent fields.
