About Us

The Bible describes a church as a community of people who follow Jesus Christ.  Our aim at St Mary’s is to be actively ‘Loving Jesus; Serving Walney’. We want to learn from God’s word, grow in faith in him, and serve others by sharing the good news of Jesus in our words and in practical action.

We meet together each Sunday to worship God, hear from his word and, most weeks, share Holy Communion.  Whether or not you are familiar with church, you would be most welcome.
