St Anne's Haverthwaite
Welcome to St Anne's Haverthwaite!
We're a really friendly bunch looking forward to welcoming you either on a Sunday at 11.00 for singing, learning, praying, sharing the bread and wine of communion, and lots of chatting; or for a wedding, Christening or funeral; or for one of our regular events through the year. Have a look at our website for full details.
The parish of Haverthwaite: St Anne is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Carlisle’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.

St Mary's Staveley-in-Cartmel
Welcome to St Mary's Staveley-in-Cartmel!
We are a friendly church meeting in a stunningly beautiful building at the foot of Lake Windermere in the English Lake District. We're a short walk from Fellfoot, the National Trust property which is right on the lake.
We gather most Sundays at 11.00; on fifth Sundays we have a united gathering with Haverthwaite and Finsthwaite (see the noticeboards).
St Mary's Staveley-in-Cartmel is a wonderful building for a wedding, nestled amongst the trees, away from the noise of busy Lake District traffic.
The best way to be in touch is to use our Office email: [email protected].

Most churches are “Excepted Charities” and are therefore not registered with the Charity Commission. You can download a PDF that includes your church name, address and church code. This PDF, which is an extract from the Church of England’s database of churches, can serve as a certificate for churches requiring proof of their charity status when registering for online and card-based giving. Click on the download button below and fill in the short form. You will then be emailed the certificate as a PDF.
