The entrance to our church is accessible by wheelchair. A portable ramp is available to access the vestry.

Gluten free biscuits are available

A hearing loop is available around the church

Large print Hymn books and order of service are available

A wall mounted changing table located in the toilet.

At village hall which is close by, across the green in a north westerly direction


Our Building

Our Church is a Grade ll* listed building dating back from 1910

We have a wide range of stained glass ranging from the impressive East widow to the two newer ones in the south aisle dating from 2000 and 2010. The first window was the one above the font.

Our toilet is accessible when the church is open

Concerts are held regularly through out the year

Groups, Courses and Activities

Regular study group held every two weeks

We hold regular coffee mornings usually once a month on a Thursday. These are shared between raising money for charities and raising money for St Mark's

Mothers Union Families group meet monthly in February, March, April, May, September, October, November, December. Every First Thursday at 2 p.m.


Help for Visitors

The church is open everyday 9.00am - 5pm

We welcome all assistant dogs. Other well behaved dogs are welcome except during services and Coffee Mornings due to people's allergies.

Open daily from 9.00 - 5 for private prayer


Other Features

The coffee, tea and communion wine are Fairtrade

Donations for the King's Food Bank in Kendal can be left in our church porch, they are collected each week.
