Kettle Calling is a wonderful opportunity to meet up for tea, coffee, cake and a chat. It's every Friday 11am-1pm. All ages are welcome including those with children. Just turn up!It's held in the Village Hall (also called Church Institute) which is off the village square in Kirkoswald.
If you haven't been before why not give T-Break a try? We are an after-school family club for children of primary school age, accompanied by a responsible adult. If you need to bring a younger/older brother/sister along that's fine. We meet roughly fortnightly in term time in Lazonby Church. There's a choice of craft, Lego, table games and other informal play activities. At the end we also have a short, lively bible drama, followed by drinks, sandwiches and snacks.Just turn up. It's free, but donations towards costs are welcome.Dates for Autumn/winter term are: Sept 11, 25, Oct 9, 23, Nov 6,20, Dec 4.
