St John's Church
Welcome to our page.
Our church is a bit different! Similar in some ways to a café church, we put together services which we hope offer something for all ages and where children can be involved and can be themselves. We have a time of sung worship, action songs, a short talk, crafts and a café runs throughout. Outside services, we put on regular events for families and for the adult members (such as nights out and garden parties) and we have a church WhatsApp which keeps everyone in the loop. We also have a Facebook page called St John's Family Church. We enjoy a great link with St John's school and I often go into the school to lead assemblies and visit classes.
Come and try us out! You will be given a warm welcome and there is always cake!!

Safeguarding
"Our parish of Boxley: St Mary the Virgin & All Saints (with St John's) is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Canterbury’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Mr M Keam ([email protected]) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor https://www.canterburydiocese.org/safeguarding/. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
