Welcome to the page for the Parish Church of St Mary the Blessed Virgin in Woodnesborough.
We are one of the five churches that form the Benefice of Eastry and Woodnesborough. We work very closely with our sister churches across the Benefice in Staple, Northbourne, Tilmanstone and Eastry and would love to welcome you at any of our churches.
Here at St Mary’s, we are a church focused on hospitality and welcome, determined to offer a place where everyone feels welcome and safe. We try our best to practice the inclusive gospel of Christ, accepting everyone from all backgrounds and walks of life. We aim to meet people where they are on their journey and accompany and encourage them as they join our wider church family.

St Augustine
"The parish of Northbourne: St Augustine w Betteshanger: St Mary the Virgin & Ham: St George is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs.
