St Peter's Whitstable

We welcome everyone to our inclusive church community, either online or in person when we can. Whether you are visiting or local, you are very welcome to enjoy the stillness and beauty of this sacred space.

Our gathered worship on Tuesdays at 10am and Sundays at 10.45am is eucharistic with preaching from lay and ordained ministers. We encourage all enquiries about the faith and baptisms, weddings or funerals, and welcome prayer requests, so please do get in touch if you would find it helpful.

Safeguarding

The parish of Whitstable (PCC) is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Canterbury’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact Paul Brightwell on [email protected] or 07398 009951. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
