If you are considering holding your wedding at Stalisfield church, please review the following eligibility criteria &  discuss your plans with Rev Canon  Steve Lillicrap:

1) if you or your fiancé have ever lived in the Parish of High Downs for at least 6 months of your life (The Parish of High Downs covers Eastling Stalisfield, Otterden and Throwley)

2) If one of your parents has lived in the Parish for at least 6 months during your lifetime.

3) if one of you was baptised in the Parish

4) If one of your parents or grandparents were married in the Parish 

5) if one of you has regularly gone to a service in the Parish for a period of at least 6 months (or one of your parents has done the same during your lifetime)

6 ) if you were prepared for confirmation in the Parish you are entitled to be married here.
