You can expect a warm welcome, hymns and worship songs, Bible reading and sermon, prayers, bread and wine (currently wafers dipped in wine). Refreshments served in the hall straight after the service. At the moment, we don't have a separate children's group but can provide simple activities for children to do while they are with you during the service.

Welcome to St Nicholas, the parish church of Thanington.

A friendly and growing congregation offer a warm welcome to all who would like to worship together on Sundays at 10am - whether you have lived in Thanington for years or have only just arrived. 

This historic church building has been reordered inside to make it a more welcoming and flexible space for Sunday worship; for baptisms, weddings and funerals; and for other activities.
