You can expect a friendly welcome and a Church of England service of the word. This includes hynns, songs, prayers, bible readings and a sermon. This service does not include holy communion. Refreshments are served in the hall after the service.

An informal time to pray for Thanington together with other christians, regardless of denomination or church affiliation. We will pray together for God’s kingdom to come and God’s will to be done in Thanington as in heaven. We start promptly at 6pm and finish at 7pm.

Messy Church starts with a choice of activities. Then we gather together to sing, learn from the Bible, and pray. We finish by eating tea together. It's planned with families and primary aged children in mind but all are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. There isn't a charge to come in but we welcome donations from those who can.
