In this week's video, Simon focuses on mental health issues especially as this day, the 3rd Monday of January (Jan 15th) is called Blue Monday by some, and is allegedly the saddest day of the year. He asks how we can support you and your mental health through our prayers.

Simon then goes on to mention our new weekly Spiritual Reflection Group - 'Treasure Together' starting today at 12 noon in the Large Meeting Room - This week, the group will be exploring Psalm 23 with the Lectio Divina method of biblical reflection.

Simon urges us to look after and be kind to ourselves and others during these dark and cold days of winter and reminds us of the peace that Jesus offers us in the gospel of John 14:27 - "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
