The Church teaches that the Eucharist is the "summit and source" of our ecclesial life. It is for this reason that the focal point for the people and community of St. Martin's is the celebration of the Parish Eucharist. Gathered together around the altar on the Lord's day we come into an encounter with living Lord, through each other, through the proclamation of the Word of God and in a unique way, in his real and abiding Eucharistic presence. By sharing together in Holy Communion we receive Christ into our hearts and into our lives and we receive the gift of his grace to strengthen us for his service.

There will be a priest on duty to arrange Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals. To hear confessions between the hours of 10:30 am - 11:30 am.

The Mass is offered today in the Walsingham Chapel at 10:00 am.

Each of us as human beings fall short through sin. In the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) Christ gives to his Church the opportunity for us to have our sins absolved and forgiven.
If you wish to arrange an appointment to make your confession, or would simply like to know more about this sacrament, please speak to a priest. Anything you say will always be in the strictest confidence.

Celebrated at 10am during our Parish Mass

St Martin's will be hosting a fantastic charity event, supporting local bands.
The good acoustics from this Victorian building makes it a perfect musical venue.
Peridot has put together a fantastic show, featuring Nikos Gourgiotis Trio, Instant Blend, Spice Report and Four Knights.
Food and non alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on the evening.
Entrance will be free, however we will ask for a donation to help us cover the costs or running this event.

A well-loved, traditional service which has a special place in many people's Christmas celebrations.

Christmas Eve service, Midnight mass we have moved forward to 10:00 pm

We gather together to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ our savior, who was born of virgin Mary in the image of the Father our Lord our God.
In him we follow the foot steps of our leader in the Christian Faith.

We invite you all to join as to celebrate all Saints celebrated on Sunday the 3rd of November at 10am

On Tuesday the 5th of November at 5:30 pm
We will have a Firework night at the Vicarage.
Admission for adults £5 and for children £2.50 all proceeds will contribute towards the costs of fireworks and food on offer.

We celebrate the 300th anniversary of the first stone laid at the Browne Willis Chapel.
Evening Prayer at 06:00 pm followed by Dinner at the Vestry Hall, tickets for the evening meal must be purchased in advance.
