All Souls: On Tuesday 2 November at our 2 pm service of Holy Communion we will be marking All Souls, also known as the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed. It is our tradition on this day to remember our loved ones before God as a reminder they are loved by God in death as in life. There is a sheet at the back of church for you to append the name(s) you wish to be remembered.
Christmas Fair: If you are on the Electoral Roll then there is an envelope at the back of church with your name on it! If not, then please take a blank envelope…all will be explained!! If there is an envelope for someone who lives near by to you, then it would be helpful if you would kindly hand deliver it to them and say hello while you’re there!
Hymn Practise: If you like singing hymns and you’re free on a Tuesday at 3.30 pm for an hour, then please just come along to church and join in.
Alpha: At the back of church there is some information about the Alpha Course we are hosting, and which begins on Saturday, January 15th. Please consider prayerfully if this is something for you. Consider if you could invite someone to come with you, even if you’ve done Alpha before. Consider if you could help in any way. We need tables and chairs setting out, our guests need to be welcomed and served, dishes to be washed and dried and so on! Please put your name on the list at the back of church if you’re thinking about joining us in any capacity. See our church website for more information!

God of Love, surround all those I love, especially those I no longer see. Be a light in my darkness, be hope in my fear, be love in every moment and give me grace to face each day ahead. Amen.
