Thank you to Rev. Tracy for leading worship at Freckleton Church of England Primary School this morning. We learnt all about Lent and the tradition of receiving the sign of the cross on Ash Wednesday using special oil and the ash from last year’s palm crosses. After an enthusiastic rendition of ‘May You Find Peace’ complete with actions, many of the children (and some of the adults) received the sign of the cross before heading back to class. We all feel well and truly blessed!
