About Us

We are an Anglican Evangelical church made up of people from all walks of life and from different backgrounds and cultures. We usually meet at 10:30am and 6:00pm every Sunday at St Stephen's Parish Centre, Bird Street, Broadgate, Preston, PR1 8DY.  At present you can access our Sunday services on our St Stephen's Church Preston YouTube Chanel here.

Our Sunday mornings begin with a warm welcome and an invitation to join us in celebrating the good news about Jesus Christ. Our worship is vibrant and lively as we praise God together. 

During part of our morning service, our Junior Church for primary school aged children and Pathfinder group for School years 6 to 11 meet for their own programme.

After the main morning service finishes there are opportunities for prayer with our Pastoral Team and tea, coffee and biscuits will be served in the adjacent hall. 

The evening service is much quieter and we often go deeper into God's Word.  The service lasts around an hour.

We enjoy being a diverse community all sharing in a common goal of growing in our love for Jesus and making Jesus known in our community. We love to see new people and are confident that you will feel right at home.
