Trees may be submitted by individuals, families, groups and organisations, as well as local businesses. They can be decorated in whatever way you like.

· Entry is free

· Trees may be real or artificial and should ideally be between 4 feet and 6 feet tall (1 to 2 metres)

· Lights must be battery-operated and the battery pack must be easily accessible for switching off and on at the end and beginning of each day.

· Visitor safety is a priority. Please consider this when selecting your decorations and avoid using glass ornaments and sharp, breakable or combustible materials.

· This is an event for everyone to enjoy so decorations should be appropriate for viewing by all ages and should respect all members of our community.

· Information leaflets about your group or business are allowed as part of your display.

· You are not required to be with your tree after it has been set up.

Tree will be set up on Wednesday 11 Decemberand taken down on Monday 16 December
