We are a very friendly and welcoming Church of England church located in Skerton in the North of Lancaster with Full Disabled access, Hearing Loop, and a Children Friendly Church award, the first to be awarded in Lancaster by the Diocese of Blackburn.
Within the Church, we regularly have a Junior Church for primary school aged children, on the First Sunday of each month we have an all-age service where adults and children join together and there is something for everyone to join in with. We hope you enjoy learning more about us, and we look forward to welcoming you to our Church.
Our regular services are: Sundays 8.30am or 11am, and Tuesdays 7pm
During the week we also have a youth group on Monday evenings and our 'connect group' for adults meets on a Wednesday evening where we learn from the Bible together through discussion and explore different ways of praying (alongside plenty of refreshments).
The parish of Skerton: St Luke is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSO who may be contacted on 07886 859 653.
